The Arizona Attorney General's Office Child and Family Protection Division/Child Support Services Section is seeking an Administrative Assistant I. This position is responsible for assisting with preparation of files for court hearings, logging in case files for team attorneys to review, scanning documents into our computer system and uploading information for storage. Additional duties include processing incoming correspondence including legal documents from the process server and electronic minute entries; documenting and researching returned mail; assisting with timely scanning and data entry into the ATLAS case management system; picking up mail from the mailroom to sort and distribute, answering a multi-line phone system and transferring calls. Position is responsible for following routine office practices and procedures, updating and maintaining confidential information and handling a variety of correspondences, reports, notices and forms.
