JOB SUMMARY: |
This position is responsible for management of all Real Estate Appraisal Division complaint files, including progress by contracted investigators. This position is responsible for monitoring all disciplined appraisers to ensure compliance with assigned education or probation requirements; preparing and monitoring all disciplinary correspondence, assist in the processing of notices of hearings, and communicate to all parties in a timely manner per Division rules; maintain accurate files, complete database updates and related complaint statistics; post statistics to the website per statute, and update the National Registry related to disciplinary matters. Other duties include appraisal report reviews, updating policies and procedures, assisting with preparation for the biennial ASC review of the department, and coordinating the voluntary audit program for approved education classes being held. |
